WHAT MAKES B.C.T.’S TEAMBUILDING PROGRAM UNIQUE
Back Country Tours offers a unique and exciting ATV team building program that inspires people to put aside differences and to work together while having a whole lot of fun! It is a shared experience (for beginner and advanced ATV drivers) that creates a sense of unity, comradeship, and accomplishment (key ingredients for successful companies). Employees work together to overcome obstacles on a rugged yet beautiful landscape that varies from hills to wet lands to rivers that only Ontario’s Canadian Shield can offer in order to obtain a common goal—to safely and successfully reach the end of the trail as a group.

Haliburton’s beautiful deep wood conditions with 1,700km of trails creates the perfect environment that sets the stage for the right conflicts nature vs humans and machine vs humans that promotes the kind of team qualities needed amongst today’s employees who have to work well together under pressure in a highly competitive global business jungle of concrete.
WHAT EMPLOYEES WILL EXPERIENCE & WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
Employees from companies in Canada, U.S.A., and even Germany have had a chance to face our challenging trails on fully automatic ATVs where each problem they face requires problem-solving, listening to instructions, and assisting one another so that the group can move on to the next challenge! They’ll face situations like having a member get stuck in a muddy section of the trail and the group has to work together to free him/her so that they can continue. They’ll even get natural rewards where they’ll have a chance to cool off by taking a dip in a spring-fed lake where very few people know of or can reach without off-road vehicles.
